RUSSELL Martin believes a better mental approach is paying dividends for MK Dons.
A 4-1 win over Rochdale in midweek has seen the players rewarded for their change in emphasis and Martin wants it to continue.
He said: “There has been a big shift in our mentality. We’re starting to believe in ourselves.
“We don’t fear playing anyone because of our confidence. We try and bring our own identity wherever we go.”
