Match Verdict

THIS was the 10th meeting between bitter rivals MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon, but the absence of fans ensured it inevitably lost some bite. Despite lacking the atmosphere inside a vast and empty Stadium MK, the contest got off to an exciting start and could have gone either way in the second half. Glyn Hodges could argue his AFC side had the better of the chances late on. MK are starting to look like the free-flowing side boss Russell Martin has been working towards since taking the reins last season.
