BLACKPOOL new boy Jerry Yates thinks the squad Neil Critchley has assembled is capable of doing “something special” this campaign.
The Seasiders got off to a mixed start, winning one and losing two of their opening three league matches, but 23-year-old striker Yates, who joined from Rotherham in the summer, thinks the squad can achieve good things.
He said: “We’ve got a bunch of really talented players here that have the potential to achieve something special this season. There’s a real good feel-factor around the club.”
