Late goal is a real Payne for the Millers

STEFAN Payne’s 95thminute Tranmere equaliser should have been ruled out, said Rotherham manager Paul Warne.
Payne bundled the ball in from close range to ensure the visitors’ late pressure paid off and they took home a point. But Warne claimed the ball had gone out of play in the build-up.
He said: “It’s a bitter blow to take that late in the game.
I thought the ball went out. It’s hugely disappointing. In my opinion it’s gone out. I haven’t got all the angles but it definitely looks out.
