I JOINED Teddy Sheringham on Bank Holiday Monday in managing a team at Ronnie Henry’s testimonial game at Stevenage. Ronnie moved beyond 500 appearances for the club this season and was deservedly rewarded for his efforts. His career record is past the 600 mark.
Those efforts should not be underestimated. I did a quick calculation - based on four sessions per game and knowing Ronnie’s game data, I reckon he has run more than 20,000km for Stevenage.
