GRANT’S ROAR-ING OFF TO OZ

BLACKPOOL assistant manager Tony Grant is to link up with Robbie Fowler at A-League side Brisbane Roar.
Grant, who agreed a short-term deal in March to assist Seasiders boss Terry McPhillips, will leave the club once his contract expires this summer.
“Blackpool knew the situation before I came in, Terry knew, but I was available at the time and it has worked well here”, Grant said.
“At the end of the season, I will stay here and do whatever needs to be done and I’ll be looking to go to Brisbane round about the middle of June, end of June.”
