U’s nick late win at chaotic Kassam

BRADFORD boss Gary Bowyer said he had never seen such chaotic scenes in all his time in football as those at the Kassam Stadium when Oxford United snatched a vital win.
And he backed his players who were adamant that Jamie Mackie’s stoppagetime winner should have been ruled out.
A match notable only for its poor finishing ended in bedlam, with players from both sides surrounding the officials after the goal.
Bradford sub Lewis O’Brien had appeared to shoot wide from just three yards on a rare City counterattack deep into stoppage time.
