EVERY manager will tell you that a topclass striker is worth his weight in gold. They are the guys who win you games.
A good striker has a knack for finding the net in any situation and creating something out of nothing. If an opponent comes and parks the bus, he is the one who sniffs out a yard of space.
So if I could have my pick of any Championship player this season it would probably be Dwight Gayle at West Brom.
