Tom Cleverley bemoaned his Watford side for lacking a clinical edge in their stalemate against Stoke City in this Championship encounter.
The visitors dominated the game for more than an hour but couldn’t score.
Watford then needed two late saves from Norwegian keeper Egil Selvik to ensure a third consecutive clean sheet.
The draw leaves the Hornets three points from the top six, while Stoke sit five points above the drop zone.
