Preston North End’s manager Paul Heckingbottom said he was “really pleased” with how his team performed against promotion-seeking Ipswich Town and how their “threat grew in the game” following their draw at Portman Road.
But Ipswich manager Keiran McKenna said he was disappointed that Town were not awarded another penalty late on in the game, saying they should have had at least two more.
