Ipswich Town boss Kieran McKenna felt there was no option but to abandon their game against Blackburn Rovers – and felt it could have even been called off earlier.
With the Tractor Boys 1-0 down and having had a man sent off, the points looked set for Blackburn.
However, the torrential rain that had been falling for most of the match eventually took its toll and the game was suspended with only 11 minutes remaining.
