Keeping Simons is big boost for Liam

Hull manager Liam Rosenior has spoken of his delight at signing “outstanding” Xavier Simons on a permanent deal.
Simons, 20, joined the Tigers on a season-long loan from Chelsea in September but has now signed a three-year contract at the MKM Stadium.
The move comes after several impressive showings since the turn of the year, first deputising for Jean Michael Seri and now partnering the Ivorian at the base of Hull’s midfield.
