Substitute Jerry Yates converted a late penalty to overturn Josh Sargent’s opener and earn Derby County a dramatic 1-1 draw at Norwich City to end a run of seven successive Championship defeats.
Norwich looked to be heading for a third straight win, and a place in the playoff zone when Sargent scored his fourth goal in three games to put them in front midway through the second period with a composed finish inside the box.
