Bristol City head coach Liam Manning gave credit to his fellow coach Pat Mountain for playing a big part in the Robins' 1-1 draw against Oxford United.
Mark Sykes struck a superb equaliser from a clever free-kick to earn a point against the U's as Manning applauded his goalkeeper coach.
It was Sykes’s first goal of the season and boosts City’s hopes of reaching the play-offs as they had to play for an hour with ten men after Joe Williams was sent off.
