PARKINSON IN REFLECTIVE MOOD AFTER COLLAPSE

PHIL Parkinson admitted he would look at himself after what he described as a “very tough night” as Wrexham’s poor start to the season continued.
The Welsh outfit have endured an inconsistent opening to the new campaign, with just one win coming from their first seven league matches.
They competed well for much of the first half in east London, but were blown away once West Ham had established a two-goal lead by half-time.
