JAMES Morrison admitted that all the drama surrounding Sheffield Wednesday’s takeover probably had an impact on his West Brom players.
Albion secured their place in the Championship having also feared a larger points deduction than the two they were eventually penalised with.
Morrison, the newly appointed Baggies coach, admitted: “I am a bit frustrated. I didn’t recognise that performance today.
“It was certainly their celebration and we let the occasion affect us. They probably wanted it a bit more than us, which is disappointing.
