DISAPPOINTED QPR boss Julien Stephan has admitted his side paid the ultimate price for the most sluggish of starts, but is still focusing on a big finish to the season.
Rangers were unbeaten in five, but were unable to cope with a terrific opening from their hosts who scored twice in the first 17 minutes – and that left Stephan frustrated.
“With the way we came on the pitch and the lack of intensity in the first half, we struggled a lot, and it was not a surprise to see the intensity of how they started the game,” said Stephan.
