ROB Edwards has defended his decision to quit Middlesbrough for Premier League strugglers Wolves.
The 42-year-old joined Boro in the summer and led them to a successful start to their Championship campaign.
However, the former Forest Green, Watford and Luton boss caused dismay on Teesside with his move to former club Wolves, who he officially joined on Wednesday.
In a message on Instagram, Edwards said: “This has been one of the toughest decisions of my career. In truth, I wouldn’t have considered leaving Middlesbrough for any other club.
