ALAN Sheehan’s Swansea were sharper throughout their Blades clash, sealing the points thanks to a 66th-minute strike from Brazilian winger Ronald, who finished off a swift counter to condemn the visitors to a third successive defeat.
Summer recruits Malick Yalcouye, Cameron Burgess and Melker Widell all impressed, with their energy and composure central to the Swans’ control of the contest. Boss Sheehan was quick to praise both their performances and his side’s collective resilience.
