The winners of the 2025 EFL Awards were revealed on Sunday as Clubs, players, managers and fans were recognised for their achievements both on and off the pitch, with the event broadcast live on Sky Sports.
Burnley’s Scott Parker was named as the EFL Championship Manager of the Season with his side’s return to the Premier League confirmed.
Gustavo Hamer was named the EFL Championship Player of the Season.
The Dutchman has contributed 16 goals and assists from midfield so far in the campaign for Sheffield United.
League One & League Two
Birmingham City’s Chris Davies was presented with the EFL League One Manager of the Season award.
His title-winning side have already secured an immediate return to the Championship.
Wycombe Wanderers’ attacking lynchpin Richard Kone received both the EFL League One Player and Young Player of the Season awards.
The Ivorian forward is spearheading the Chairboys’ promotion charge this season.
Bradford City’s Graham Alexander was named as the EFL League Two Manager of the Season.
Bromley’s Michael Cheek, who has an impressive 23 league goals in his first-ever season in the EFL, claimed the EFL League Two Player of the Season award.
Elsewhere, Sunderland’s Jobe Bellingham and Stoke City’s Nathan Lowe were named the EFL Young Players of the Season for the Championship and League Two, respectively.
Lowe starred for Walsall in the first half of the Saddlers’ campaign.
Other awards
Neil Warnock was celebrated for his service to the game on the night and presented with the prestigious Contribution to League Football Award.
In a coaching career spanning more than 40 years, Warnock holds the record for the most games managed in English professional football (1,602), during which he led his teams to a record eight promotions.
Representing eight Clubs across England’s top three divisions, Curtis Davies was honoured with the Sir Tom Finney Award.
Renowned for his longevity and leadership in defence, Davies’ career spanned more than two decades, during which he amassed almost 700 appearances across all competitions.
Bristol Rovers’ Taylor Moore was named as the EFL Player in the Community, while Norwich City were recognised as the EFL’s Community Club of the Season.
Plymouth Argyle were awarded the EFL Community Project of the Season for their ACTing with Children Project.
Over the night, the best of the EFL were honoured across all three divisions to celebrate excellence on and off the pitch.
