It was billed as manic Monday – but it turned into magic Monday for Leeds United and Burnley as they clinched promotion to the Premier League.
White-hot Leeds stormed to a 6-0 triumph against shell-shocked visitors Stoke City.
Joel Piroe led the way with a four-goal salvo in the first half, while Junior Firpo also netted.
Willy Gnonto put the icing on the cake in the second period.
Clarets and Whites triumph
Leeds boss Daniel Farke said: “To deliver such an emphatic performance is really amazing.”
