Gutted Aaron Ramsey’s first thought was for the fans as his dream of a ‘miracle’ was shattered with relegation to League One finally confirmed for Cardiff City.
As a Bluebirds fan himself, he understands just how painful this season has been for the faithful followers and says the Welsh club now needs time to reflect on why they performed so badly.
Ramsey, the Wales captain currently sidelined by injury, returned to his first club two summers ago – after playing for Arsenal and Juventus – talking about helping Cardiff back to the Premier League.
