Plymouth Argyle chairman Simon Hallett believes that Ian Foster is the ‘perfect’ person to lead the club forward in the aftermath of Steven Schumacher’s departure.
Schumacher led the Pilgrims to the League One title last term and oversaw their return to the Championship, but he decided to take the vacant managerial post at divisional rivals Stoke last month.
