WATFORD boss Slaven Bilic rued a lack of quality from his side as they were held at home by Blackburn.
The Hertfordshire side overcame a Bradley Dack first-halff effort at Vicarage Road, with debutant Wesley Hoedt netting in the second half.
Watford were generally on top in the contest, which stilll keeps them in the play-off places.
However, in a game that saw Joao Pedro retur n as captain, they were often wasteful in dangerous areas, which Bilic felt prevented a three point haul.
