Prospective new Coventry City owner Doug King is eager for talks with former Newcastle chief Mike Ashley, who has taken over the Coventry Building Society Arena after buying its three operating companies.
On Wednesday, Coventry owners SISU announced they had agreed to sell a majority 85 per cent stake in the Championship club to Stratford-based businessman King.
