MICHAEL: MY LAD WAS A BIT STUPID

MICHAEL Appleton admitted a “bit of stupidity” by one of his young Blackpool players left his side hanging on for a point.
“I understand the first one (red card). I thought it was a little bit soft, but I get it,” said boss Appleton. “I’m not sure it would have happened if it was down the other end, but I get it.
