LEAM Richardson was disappointed with a red-card let-off for Sunderland as his Wigan Athletic side were hit by a second-half fightback. The visitors led at the interval thanks to Charlie Wyke’s 44thminute goal. However, Elliot Embleton levelled after 54 minutes and Dennis Cirkin sealed a comeback victory for the Black Cats in the 72nd minute. Richardson hinted that he felt that Sunderland goalscorer Embleton should have been sent off in the first half for a late challenge on Wyke.
