HULL City are expected to complete the signing of midfielder Ryan Woods from Birmingham City in the next 48 hours. The 28-year-old was left out of the Birmingham line-up to face Cardiff City yesterday and was instead reportedly at the MKM Stadium to undergo a medical and to finalise terms for a permanent move. Woods is vastly experienced in the second tier, having made 248 Championship appearances in the league since furst featuring for Brentford in 2015. He joined Birmingham last summer and his contract at St Andrew’s runs until June 2024.
