Appleton: Second half better

New Tangerines boss Michael Appleton had no complaints over the result, admitting his side failed to get over a disappointing first half.
The 46-year old, who is in his second spell at Bloomfield Road after leaving League One side Lincoln in the summer said his players were well off.
“From a result point of view, we probably got what we deserved because of the performance from the first half,” he said.
