READING midfielder Tom Ince has urged his team-mates to play with confidence in their Championship survival battle.The 30-year-old feels that when the Royals click they can compete with any team in the league.Ince said: “When we have belief amongst ourselves, and we play with bravery and we try to play the way we can play, it shows we can create chances and score goals.“Now it’s about trying to be more ruthless in those situations. We want to try to go and win games – go one or two goals up and then teams will have to open up.”
