MANAGER MORISON HAS BIG PLANS FOR CITY

STEVE Morison vowed to “evolve” Cardiff as a football club after extending his contract as manager until the summer of 2023.
Morison, 38, has been in charge since October, but his new contract was confirmed after Cardiff ’s 1-0 midweek home win over Derby boosted their survival prospects.
Cardiff were 21st and just two points clear of the drop zone when Morison succeeded Mick Mc-Carthy on the back of eight successive defeats.
But heading into yesterday’s clash with QPR, the Bluebirds had moved 16 points clear of third-bottom Barnsley after a fifth win in nine.
