READING have received a boost with the news that vastly experienced defender Scott Dann has signed a new deal.
The 35-year-old centre-back has put pen to paper on a contract which keeps him with Paul Ince’s Royals until the summer of 2023.
Dann has scored twice in 15 appearances since joining the Royals at the end of August and will be determined to play his part in keeping them in the Championship.
The Liverpool-born defender began his senior career with Walsall in 2004 and then joined Coventry City in 2008.
