HAMILTON SETS HIS SIGHTS ON POOL RETURN…

BLACKPOOL winger CJ Hamilton hopes to step up his recovery following a frustrating period out.
The 26-year-old has returned to training with the first-team squad after suffering a metatarsal injury.
He has not featured for the side since the end of August, but played the full 90 minutes and scored in a recent behind-closeddoors game.
He said: “The gaffer (Neil Critchley) pulled me on Tuesday and asked me if I wanted to get involved. I was always up for it because I haven’t played football for a good few months now. I needed the 90 minutes.
