LEE Bowyer has described the loss of Maxime Colin to an Achilles injury as “a massive blow” for Birmingham.
Right-back Colin, 29, has been blighted by the problem throughout this season and visited a specialist this week.
“Max is struggling, nothing has changed there,” Bowyer said. “He is going to have to see a specialist, he has been playing for a while now with pain and he tried to play through it.
“During the international break we tried to let it settle down, he has had two of them now and he just couldn’t go any more.
