VALERIEN Ismael believes Jordan Hugill is the ideal striker for his side as West Brom bid to secure an immediate return to the Premier League.
The former Preston and West Ham forward, 29, has joined the Baggies on a season-long loan from Norwich City, where he scored five goals in their successful promotion campaign last season.
