BIRMINGHAM striker Josh Andrews has targeted promotion after joining Rochdale on loan.The 19-year-old, who was at Harrogate in the second half of last season, will spend the 2021-22 season with Dale as they try and bounce back to League One.The deal has been agreed for some time, but coronavirus issues meant it was delayed.Andrews said: “I found out about this move a few weeks ago and I wanted to get it done.“I’m very, very grateful for this opportunity. I’m hoping I can help them get back to where they want to be.”
