BOWYER APPLAUDS HIS BLUES

LEE Bowyer has paid tribute to the efforts of everyone at Birmingham after steering the club to safety.
Bowyer was appointed in March following the departure of Aitor Karanka and successfully staved off the threat of relegation. “I am so grateful to everyone who has pulled together and managed to turn it around with the run-in that we had as well,” said Bowyer.
