EXITING ROVER JARRAD EARNS PLAUDITS

BLACKBURN boss Tony Mowbray is hoping defender Jarrad Branthwaite will be fit to take the latest step in his fledgling career next season after his loan spell at Ewood Park was ended by injury.The 18-year-old joined Rovers from Everton for the rest of the campaign in January and made ten senior appearances for the club before damaging ankle ligaments in training.He has now returned to Merseyside, but departed with the best wishes of Mowbray and his temporary team-mates.The Blackburn boss said: “Jarrad Branthwaite’s got ankle ligament damage and he’s...
