BLACKBURN boss Tony Mowbray says Joe Rankin-Costello has a “big future”, despite being ruled out for the rest of the season.
After an injury-hit first half of the campaign, the 21-year-old managed to get himself back fit to feature at Millwall in March following a four-month lay-off.
It looked like the young full-back was returning to his best form, but a collision with Uche Ikpeazu in the recent contest at Wycombe has revealed significant damage to a foot.
