PADDY Madden became Fleetwood’s highest league goalscorer in midweek and new manager Simon Grayson hopes there are “many more” to come.
Skipper Madden, 30, scored his sixth goal of the season in the Cod Army’s 3-1 win against Doncaster, which saw him overtake David Ball with 42 league goals.
Grayson said of the striker: “It’s great for him and it was a really important goal for us. Hopefully there’s many more.”
