KARANKA HAILS ACE HOGAN…

AITOR Karanka is hoping Scott Hogan can maintain his confidence in front of goal and help fire Birmingham away from trouble.
The 28-year-old striker had scored three goals in four games after a seven-match drought heading into Blues’ clash with Luton yesterday, and boss Karanka is hoping the Republic of Ireland international can now build on that.
“I am pleased for Scott, I had no doubt in his ability,” the Spaniard said.
“He is getting chances now and he is scoring goals. It is my job to keep him confident and playing the way he is.”
