FREDDIE Sears is hoping to take advantage of Ipswich’s attacking problems and nail down a starting spot.
James Norwood is out until April after surgery and fellow forward Kayden Jackson started a three-match ban at Blackpool yesterday.
Sears, 30, is now fully fit following a cruciate ligament injury and keen to help the club’s promotion bid.
