McCANN RUES ‘BIG LOSS’ OF EAVES AS HULL TOIL

TOM Eaves will not play again this season for Hull City after sustaining ankle ligament damage against Preston.
The 28-year-old left the field on a stretcher shortly after the hour at Deepdale and scans later revealed the extent of the problem.
Boss Grant McCann said: “He’s a big loss and, as I said after the game, it was a horrendous tackle.
