REAM IN LINE FOR US AWARD

FULHAM defender Tim Ream has been nominated for the US Soccer player of the year award.
The 32-year-old international centre-back is one of six nominees for the award, which last year was won by Zack Steffen, who is on Manchester City’s books.
Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic, New York Red Bulls defender Aaron Long, Schalke midfielder Weston McKennie, Seattle Sounders forward Jordan Morris and Columbus Crew forward Gyasi Zardes are also on the shortlist.
Ream, from St Louis, has also played for MLS clubs Chicago Fire and New York Red Bulls.
