LUND SITS OUT THREE MATCHES

SCUNTHORPE midfielder Matthew Lund will serve a three-match ban after an Independent Regulatory Commission upheld his red card against Port Vale.
The 29-year-old was sent off after the final whistle, along with Vale midfielder David Worrall, for violent conduct.
Iron boss Paul Hurst said in his post-match interviews that the club would appeal the decision. While that failed, Lund’s ban has been reduced from four games to three.
Lund will miss the EFL Trophy tie against Blackpool, as well as the fixtures against Forest Green and Colchester.
