JOE MORRELL has signed a new contract with Bristol City that will see the Wales international midfielder remain at Ashton Gate until the summer of 2022.
Morrell, currently on loan at League One Lincoln City, was part of the Wales squad that qualified for Euro 2020 in the week.
The 22-year-old, who has made four starts and two substitute appearances for the Robins, scored three times in 38 games during a loan spell at Cheltenham in the 2017- 18 season and has turned out 14 times for the Imps this season.
