VINCELOT OPTS FOR SURGERY

LEAGUE ONE
SHREWSBURY midfielder Romain Vincelot underwent surgery on a hip last week.
The 33-year-old has been sidelined with pain in the area and has now had groundbreaking surgery on specialist advice.
Vincelot aims to be back before the end of the season and said: “Unfortunately I can’t carry on as it is now because it has become unbearable. The good news is that there is a solution, even though that means a few months without any competitive football.
“Once it is done, I will be back to my full potential and begin to enjoy playing again.”
