POOR LYLE TO BE OUT FOR WEEKS

CHARLTON striker Lyle Taylor does not need surgery on a knee injury, but still faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
The 29-year-old suffered ligament damage while on international duty for Montserrat and boss Lee Bowyer confirmed he will be out of action for a number of weeks.
“Lyle has the same as what Patrick Bauer had last season,” Bowyer said.
“It’s just a case of him wearing this brace for a few weeks and seeing where we’re at after he takes the brace off. We’ll go from there.”
