NOTTINGHAM Forest manager Martin O’Neill has started to put some plans in place for the upcoming summer transfer window.
The former Republic of Ireland manager, 67, has not yet been given a budget, but has set his sights on promotion to the top flight next season and earmarked where he needs to improve his current squad.
