CARLISLE boss Steven Pressley hopes to have Jamie Devitt in his squad next season.
The 28-year-old midfielder, out of contract in the summer, was linked with a move away from Brunton Park during the January transfer window.
Pressley said: “As far as next season goes, I am still early into the job and everybody, Jamie included, has to prove their worth to me.
“If that’s the case with Jamie, and he does that, then, of course, he’s the type of player I like. He’s exciting and he’s a real good character.
